How we work
We build our software in house and run it on our own server infrastructure. That is a deliberate choice: it gives us full control over reliability, data handling, and how fast we can fix or change things. When a client has a problem, there is no third-party vendor to wait on.
We are a small company and we plan to stay that way. Clients work directly with the people who wrote the code. Questions get answered by someone who knows the system, not by a support queue.
We take on a limited number of clients and keep them for years. Most of our work comes from referrals.
